Monsters

The wildlife in Shadowlands is like the environment: unpredictable and diverse, and very much influenced by the tooth of time.

There are creatures corrupted by their blind lust for power and immortality, there are creatures which defy the laws of common sense, and there are creatures working to preserve the good and the decent.

All monsters in Shadowlands will reflect their own beliefs and allegiances. Where the Redeemed creatures are pure and clean, almost angelic in form, the Unredeemed are an example of the opposite. Added to that are the monsters of the Brink; completely unpredictable and unbiased, they live for complete and seemingly unmotivated destruction. They thrive on degeneration and eat away at the healthy land like a cancer, making the Brink a place where no man can ever be safe.
