A Dusty Adversary
The Dust Brigade has menaced the people of Rubi-Ka for almost a century now. This phantom force has no towers, and only maintain a small officer force out in Perpetual Wastelands that anybody has ever found but is incredibly well outfitted and equipped. Nobody has ever found where they are based out of or who really supports them. Not that it has been tried very hard because they've mostly fueled a propaganda war where rumors of supporting them are spread to destroy those who try to stop war on Rubi-Ka. Indeed some groups have been more interested in pinning blame for them than actually investigating the Dust Brigade itself and stopping them.
The Dust Brigade seems to act as agents of Chaos, doing their best to keep us all fighting and weakening each other. Weakening each other for whom though? I have my suspicion that old powers are at work here.
We should all work together to fight this old menace wherever they appear. Clanners fight to stop them along Omni and Neutral in Rome. We must all fight these agents of chaos and destruction who fight only to promote more war. If there is to be any peace or prosperity for the future of Rubi-Ka I believe it is essential to fight them together.
