A Clan calling of "Redemption"
As more and more of you have come to know there are great and powerful forces fighting in the Shadowlands. Fighting not so much over land as they are fighting for the soul of humanity. A war that mirrors the one on Rubi-Ka in so much as it is about Altruism Vs. Selfish Greed.
These forces have been reaching out to humanity for ages. With many like the Omega hearing the call towards power at the expense of others. Many others however have heard the call of compassion towards stranger souls in the universe. To live in Harmony rather than Domination.
These are no more just philosophical concepts or meta-physical treatises, this is the reality in the Shadowlands! The Visions of a little over a month ago were inspired by those who call themselves the "Redeemed" for they have redeemed themselves from humanity's corrupt nature. They fight not for themselves but to protect all life in the universe. That life might spread and that all of us could live together in a peaceful happy universe without worrying about being subjugated, controlled and abused by others.
This is the essence of what the Clans are about! Those of us who are the ancestors of the old Rubi-Ka miners who fought to preserve the lives of their fellow miners. Of those who wished to live their own lives, rather than have it dictated by an Omni personnel office who told them where to live, what to do, and what to think. To live sustainable lives and share with the other souls around us rather than consume everything for the benefit of just one individual or a few.
In the Shadowlands the war has moved beyond the political, and into the meta-physical. We no longer fight organization to organization but now fight ideology to ideology in a meta-physical battle.
To abandon this fight is to simply give up on what makes us Clanners and strive to simply be a new chain in the Pharmatek to Omni-tek line of evil corporate empires.
In the Shadowlands I fight for all of you, my brothers and sisters. I hope that you will take up arms and join us there!
